Google is Cracking Down!

There are all kinds of programs designed to help blogs update on auto-pilot.  The basic idea with these programs is that you press a button and they send out spiders to crawl through the web in search of content that matches keywords that you have input into the program. The software then usually takes that content and publishes it on your site. You then get to reap the benefits of having a regularly updated website without having to do any of the true work of writing and making that content yourself. It may seem like the best thing ever. Except…

Google is displaying signs of getting tough with the websites that don’t use original content. They are creating steps to allow the spiders to check out your articles to make sure that it hasn’t been copied from somewhere else. If your site has primarily copied and pulled materials, there’s a chance you’re in trouble. At the very least you will lose credibility in the eyes of Google. So exactly what does this imply for people who are hoping to build an automated business?

This mostly means that the business owners and creators around are going to have to learn how to truly work hard or find the money to pay others to work hard for them. This is really a great thing. This helps to shield those people who are working hard to make original content. It may also help to be sure that a person is running a serious business. If you aren’t good at writing or creating good content, you need to pony up the bucks and pay someone to do it for you. Trust us when we tell you that that should be dollars well spent.

The basic truth of the matter is that, on the internet, there are 1000s of sites that are built off of someone else’s hard work. These sites often use plagiarized articles and then earn money by putting up lots of advertising. Sure this could be a way to produce some extra cash, but if you get caught doing it, you can count on getting in big trouble. Taking articles is sort of a big deal, after all. Students everywhere could get expelled from school for failing to correctly cite a reference. Think about what sort of trouble you will be in if you do not credit your source appropriately or if you go so far as to steal another person’s intellectual property. Won’t it just be easier to write and make your own stuff?

The truth of the matter is that if you truthfully want to build an income, you’ll need to do genuine and honest work. What Google is attempting to do is reward hard work and punish those who take shortcuts and use other people’s work as their very own. This is for the best. It should help even the world wide web between the people who work hard and genuinely want to help people and build a business online and those who simply want to make a quick buck or two but don’t want to do the work.

So arm yourself to put in some hard work and long hours internet entrepreneurs. Google is simply itching to smack down those who won’t be willing to put in a real effort!
