The other day I got an email in my box to investigate a site advertising internet profit. Investigate I did, such a deal !!!. I am saying to myself such a deal. I was not looking for work as I am retired 80 years old. I do have time on my hands thinking I might like to do this I investigated further. Then came the lure, create shortage, simplify everything, give a guarantee create loss of opportunity post people happy with their stuff, create success , hope, desire a can do attitude. You get the picture all I wanted was to fill some time make a little spending money. I did not buy into their scam, realizing it wasa scam I laughted out loud then I got to thinking how many people they could take to the the clearners. So so many people in all stages of life.
Okay. Okay. There is a lot to learn. However, everyone has to start somewhere. If you're just being introduced to internet marketing, and you've become bedazzled by the glitz and the glamor of the top online income earners, know that it's not going to be easy to replicate their success. Be sure that you set your expectations the proper way. As long as you stay persistent, you can achieve your goals of generating healthy amounts of money online without becoming the victim of a scam.
We have a saying that “good data” is better than “big data.” Bid data is a term being thrown around a lot these days because brands and agencies alike now have the technology to collect more data and intelligence than ever before. But what does that mean for growing a business. Data is worthless without the data scientists analyzing it and creating actionable insights. We help our client partners sift through the data to gleam what matters most and what will aid them in attaining their goals.
Internet sales made by out-of-state retailers to California customers are also treated no differently than other remote sales made to California customers. Generally, remote sales by out-of-state retailers to California customers, whether made over the Internet, by telephone, or mail order, take place outside of California because the property is delivered to a common carrier outside the state for shipment into California, and are, therefore, not subject to sales tax. However, California customers do owe the use tax on those sales, unless a specific tax exemption or exclusion applies. Out-of-state retailers that are engaged in business in California are required to register with the California State Board of Equalization (BOE), collect the use tax from California customers, and pay the tax to the BOE.
If you are a seller making sales for resale to a marketplace operator in this manner, you should obtain a timely and properly completed resale certificate from your customer to support your claimed sales for resale (see Regulation 1668, Sales for Resale). However, if you are a retailer engaged in business in California and you ship the property directly to the consumer on behalf of a marketplace operator that is not engaged in business in California, you will be responsible for reporting and paying tax as a drop shipper. For additional information, please see publication 121, Drop Shipments.

After that, you need to make a choice about how to construct an online presence that helps you achieve that goal. Maybe you need to set up an e-commerce site. If you’re interested in publishing content to drive awareness and subscribers, look into setting up a blog. A simple website or landing page with a lead capture form can help you start developing your brand and generating traffic. A basic analytics platform (like Google Analytics, which is free) can help you start to measure how you are tracking towards your initial goal.

Otherwise Subject to Tax.  Massachusetts sales or use tax jurisdiction over a vendor that is conferred by in-state contacts other than as referenced in 830 CMR 64H.1.7(1)(b)2.a. through c.  For example, an Internet vendor with a principal place of business located outside the state might maintain inventory in the state or contract with an in-state representative (including a related person) that creates sales or use tax jurisdiction.  Only a vendor that is not “otherwise subject to tax” is potentially subject to the rule set forth in 830 CMR 64H.1.7(3).
Beginning January 1, 2016, sellers of prepaid wireless phone cards and services are required to collect a Prepaid Mobile Telephony Services (MTS) Surcharge from customers and pay it to the BOE for all retail transactions occurring in this state. The surcharge is imposed as a percentage of the sales price of prepaid wireless cards/services sold in retail transactions occurring in this state. If you are an out-of-state retailer, your sales of prepaid wireless services and products to consumers are considered to occur in California when one of the following applies:
Modern electronic commerce typically uses the World Wide Web for at least one part of the transaction's life cycle although it may also use other technologies such as e-mail. Typical e-commerce transactions include the purchase of online books (such as Amazon) and music purchases (music download in the form of digital distribution such as iTunes Store), and to a less extent, customized/personalized online liquor store inventory services.[1] There are three areas of e-commerce: online retailing, electric markets, and online auctions. E-commerce is supported by electronic business.[2]
One other source, a 2006 online publication from the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (TCPA) on Internet sales, states that businesses with “physical representation” in Texas must collect sales tax but an “out-of-state seller is not required to collect Texas tax if the seller only conducts business in Texas from out-of-state by mail, telephone, or via the Internet.”
